To ensure that the Spares process is able to function effectively thereby meeting the demands of our internal and external customers
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform visual inspection on all inbound spares
Verify inbound spares vs documentation for accuracy
Receive all inbound spares in the system
Pack 3d party spares consignments as per supplied pack lists
Supply all required paperwork to Logistics to effect transport
Count stock and sort out variances
Keep record of all counts
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
Assist in maintaining the security of the company.
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
Qualifications
Stores and Inventory Management Grade 12.
Experience
Controlling Stores / Warehouse duties; Min 5 Years’ experience;
Quality Control Incoming Inspection - the ability to perform the required visual incoming inspection in accordance with the relevant specifications and procedures
PC literate – Word and Excel;
Valid 3 ton forklift licence and/or flexi licence essential
