Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection on all inbound spares
• Verify inbound spares vs documentation for accuracy
• Receive all inbound spares in the system
• Pack 3d party spares consignments as per supplied pack lists
• Supply all required paperwork to Logistics to effect transport
• Count stock and sort out variances
• Keep record of all counts
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the company.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

Qualifications

• Stores and Inventory Management Grade 12.

Experience

• Controlling Stores / Warehouse duties; Min 5 Years’ experience;
• Quality Control Incoming Inspection - the ability to perform the required visual incoming inspection in accordance with the relevant specifications and procedures
• PC literate – Word and Excel;
• Valid 3 ton forklift licence and/or flexi licence essential

• Upload signed packing slips to RigOffice

• Adhere to all approved HSE policies and work procedures under KP8.
• Report all work related incidents within 24hrs to the HSE department for action
• Ensure proper housekeeping is implemented in your work area and maintained.

Qualifications

• Related tertiary qualification in supply chain controls

Experience

• 4 years administrative experience, preferably in the oil and gas service industry or logistics industry related to manufacturing or experience in warehouse distribution systems in material resources planning systems.

Skills And Competencies

• Working knowledge of material resources planning and distribution systems specific to logistics management and control systems.
• Accuracy; trouble shooting analytical ability.

• We are looking for a Project Engineer in our NOV facility in Port Elizabeth! To provide engineering services and technical support to all departments.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support on mechanical equipment
• Conceptualize mechanical design solutions
• Perform creation of design layouts and of detail drawings
• Perform tolerance studies and check design documentation
• Research and specify purchased component parts
• Create component and system level test plans and test fixtures
• Create engineering reports
• Work with other departments to identify product improvements
• Review production standards and procedures
• Work with Senior Repair Engineer to create repair processes, design verification, reviews and procedures as required
• Provide repair support on all rework process dispositions
• Provide technical input and support to reduce lead-time and maximize efficiency
• Practice continuous improvement
• Aligned with all Company policies and procedure
• Perform on-site and off-site surveys (research/execute/report)
• Research and compile required information/documentation for surveys
• Liaise with customer (internal and external) on survey requirements
• Produce risk assessments for designs
• Able to do 2D and 3D drafting in AutoCAD and Inventor
• Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products
• Verify and check drawings and parts list (BOM/MRL) for accuracy
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

• Preferable 10 years heavy engineering experience
