Expediting of Spares Orders
Creation of Transfer Orders
SOPACKS - All Maslocs
Create Reqs for Spares Orders
Capture Spare Part Numbers on Glovia
Upload signed packing slips to RigOffice
Ship and Confirm of SO's
Adhere to all approved HSE policies and work procedures under KP8.
Report all work related incidents within 24hrs to the HSE department for action
Ensure proper housekeeping is implemented in your work area and maintained.
Qualifications
Related tertiary qualification in supply chain controls
Experience
4 years administrative experience, preferably in the oil and gas service industry or logistics industry related to manufacturing or experience in warehouse distribution systems in material resources planning systems.
Skills And Competencies
Working knowledge of material resources planning and distribution systems specific to logistics management and control systems.
