Temporary Finance Administrator at Profile Personnel

Job Description

• A reputable organisation is seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to provide support to the Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and process creditors’ invoices on LegalSuite
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct accounts and cost centres
• Follow up on outstanding invoices with relevant departments
• Match pro-forma invoices to tax invoices
• File creditors’ invoices following payment
• Monitor and manage finance-related emails daily
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within deadlines
• Provide general and ad hoc administrative support to the Finance Team

Requirements & Attributes

• Previous experience in creditors / accounts payable or finance administration
• Strong numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
• Able to identify discrepancies, duplicate invoices, VAT and coding errors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Deadline-driven, particularly during month-end
• Honest, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Professional, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
