    Temporary Sports Admin Assistant (Maternity Cover)

    Minimum Requirements

    • Hardworking and passionate
    • Excellent communication skills in English are essential (other languages an advantage)
    • Flair for administrative excellence and efficiency
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
    • Passionate about working with young people and the positive impact that sports can have on their lives
    • Coaching experience and qualifications would be an advantage
    • Experience working in a girls’ school environment would be an advantage

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support the Sport Office by performing a range of administrative tasks relating to the allocated sports codes.
    • Ensure that teams are effectively coordinated and administered
    • Compile reports for the Weekly Bulletin and the Principals report to the SGB. 
    • Asisst the Sports Administrators in organising and running sports events at the school.
