Tender Specialist-Cape Town at Novus Holdings Ltd

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Tender Search and Compliance: Actively seek and assess tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring all submissions meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Pre-Tender and Evaluation: Handle pre-tender processes, evaluate tenders, and identify logistical and supply chain needs for accurate costing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to prepare documents and address issues during tender preparation and printing.
• Submission Management: Coordinate and compile high-quality tender documents, both locally and internationally, primarily in Africa.
• Risk Management and Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, address issues promptly, and participate in post-tender evaluations to enhance future submissions.
• Process Optimization: Streamline tender processes and ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and protocols.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain a Tender Tracker Pipeline, monitor tender progress, and produce regular status reports.
