Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Tender Search and Compliance: Actively seek and assess tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring all submissions meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Pre-Tender and Evaluation: Handle pre-tender processes, evaluate tenders, and identify logistical and supply chain needs for accurate costing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to prepare documents and address issues during tender preparation and printing.
• Submission Management: Coordinate and compile high-quality tender documents, both locally and internationally, primarily in Africa.
• Risk Management and Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, address issues promptly, and participate in post-tender evaluations to enhance future submissions.
• Process Optimization: Streamline tender processes and ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and protocols.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain a Tender Tracker Pipeline, monitor tender progress, and produce regular status reports.

Educational Requirements

• Completed a degree or diploma in English, journalism or media studies, or demonstrate the ability to deliver on the expectations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Upgrading and maintaining of electrical, electronic and distribution systems
• Attending to breakdowns and fault finding
• Ensure minimal breakdowns and that the machines are working in good order.
• Electrical and planned maintenance programs to be followed.
• Ensure regular visits to all parts of the site in order to monitor condition and operation of equipment.
• PLC operation and fault-finding repairs and commissioning
• Wiring of various electrical circuits
• Vast knowledge of variable speed drives, installation, fault finding including basic programming of all brands VSDs.
• Be able to work independently and report accurately on findings.

Educational Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Minimum N2 Certificate.
• Trade test qualified Electrician

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience within a similar capacity.
• Experience in a flexible plastic packaging industry is highly advantageous.
