Territory Sales Representative - Dental Implants at Kontak Recruitment

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 or more years sales experience specific to the dental sector with 1 or more years specific to implants.
• Ability to maximise sales opportunities through persuasive engagement with dental professionals, educational institutions, and dental organisations, to achieve sales and revenue objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse market trends to create and execute a local business plan, leveraging current and future opportunities.
• Report competitor activities to the Marketing team and Commercial Leader, adapting accordingly.
• Generate demand for products through approved distributors or direct sales.
• Serve as an expert on key products for customers.
• Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training, including vendor days and dealer interactions.
• Professionally present to dental professionals, including education departments.
• Update CRM daily with meeting information and track sales activities.
• Collaborate on marketing programs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Articulate business and clinical benefits of the products.
• Handle customer complaints following company procedures.
• Collaborate with Clinical Educators for Key Opinion Leader meetings and presentations.
• Consistently achieve company objectives, sales targets, and performance goals.
