Timber Harvesting Operator at MECS (Pty) Ltd

Duties of the Job:

• The role will involve operating a Timber Harvesting Machine  at various forestry sites in Ireland.

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience in using Ponsse, John Deere, Komatsu, or Tigercat timber harvesting units
• Excellent knowledge of the forestry industry from a harvesting production perspective
• Experience in Harvesting Thinning and clearfell Projects
• Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience
• Have good work ethic and positive attitude
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety work
• Valid passport
