Key Job Outputs

• Designing of new or existing parts for production departments
• Create drawings with precise dimensioning and tolerances, Sheetmetal, Assemblies and BOM
• Operate Milling Machine, Lathe, Spark Eroder, Wire Cutter, Grinding Machine, Pedestal Drill
• Working with close tolerances and profound knowledge of measuring equipment
• Knowledge of different materials for required manufacturing purposes
• Maintaining of Job Cards and liaise with Engineering Planner 
• Ordering of material, tooling, production equipment using Oracle
• Ensure equipment in the Toolroom is kept in clean condition and GMP standards are maintained
• Timesheets, overtime, and planned maintenance is always kept in record
• Ensure that all parts are within SOP for Production Departments
• Safety compliance always adhered to
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• NTC 4, NFQ Level 6
• Must be a qualified Tool and Die Maker
• Management training
• CNC Programming Mill and Lathe
• Solidworks CAD
• 8-10 Years Experience
