Promotional Planning: Support the development and execution of promotional activities, including in-store merchandising, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across retail and professional environments to ensure consistent brand presentation. Collaborate with the team to plan and refresh displays that enhance shopper experience and support sell-through.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, conferences, and other marketing events—some of which may require local travel.
Material Development: Contribute to the creation of marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, point-of-sale materials, and presentations, ensuring alignment with Dermalogica’s brand identity.
Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks including budget tracking, report generation, purchase orders, and data entry to ensure smooth daily operations.
Trade Partner Relationships: Assist in building and maintaining strong working relationships with trade partners to support visibility and retail activation.
Performance Tracking: Help monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
E-commerce Customer Support: Assist with resolving online customer service queries, including order tracking, payment issues, and complaint resolution, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or in a related field.
Code B driver's license and own transport.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Experience required:
1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
