Trade Quality Specialist at The Heineken Company

Key Responsibilities:

• To assure compliance with trade quality governance systems.
• To provide trade quality competence and capability.
• Adherence to good quality practices in Depots.
• Ensure internal and external customer and consumer satisfaction.
• Provide innovative solutions to reduce the cost of poor quality.

Education, Skills and Experience Required:

• Relevant Degree.
• 5+ years relevant experience in an FMCG environment (with 2 at a leadership level). Experience in the beverage industry will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Problem-solving and the facilitation of problem-solving processes.
• Influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive in complex, pressurised environments.
• Previous experience in managing quality management systems (QMS), e.g., IFRS, BRC, ISO, or HACCP.
• Excellent self-management skills.
