Traffic Controller (Part Time 6/8) at Swartland Local Municipality

Requirements: 

• Traffic Warden Law-Enforcement Certificate
• Good Writing skills
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with conflict situations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to interpret legislation
• Work in all weather conditions

Qualification: 

• Grade 12;
• Basic training qualification attained;
• Code B Driver’s license;
• No criminal record; and
• Firearm proficiency.

Experience: 

• 2 - 5 years’ relevant experience

Job Purpose: 

• Performs activities/tasks associated with the traffic control, maintaining road and public safety and, attending to the recording of information pertaining to the activities in accordance with instructions and guidelines to ensure uninterrupted and quality service delivery.
