• Monitor service quality through auditing of transport operations
• Coordinate effectively across departments and communicate with stakeholders
• Analyse traffic operational statistics daily to inform decision-making
• Implement and oversee agreed operational changes
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends
• Monitor and interpret the performance of the budget, ensuring financial targets are met
• Manage material resource utilisation efficiently
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of subordinates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in traffic or transport management
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Proficiency in management, planning, and report writing
• Experience with programming languages such as C and R is advantageous
• Excellent communication and inter-departmental coordination abilities
