Trainee Accountant

Job Description:
- Our client is a reputable auditing and accounting firm based in Centurion, Gauteng, and provides accurate, ethical, and strategic accounting services to individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises. They are committed to excellence and are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Accountant to join their dynamic team.
- Successful candidate to start 1 March 2025.
Responsibilities:
- General ad-hoc accounting tasks
- Stock counts
- Learn to compile financial statements
- Assist with audit fieldwork
Qualifications and Skills:
- Be a SAIPA trainee for 4 years without a degree, or 3 years with a degree. Candidate must be at the start of his/her career, willing to do SAIPA articles at our firm (can have a degree or complete it whilst working)
- Have own reliable transportation
- Have own laptop that can accommodate the required software
- Be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English to communicate with clients
