TRAINEE: FINANCE (12-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT | RUSTENBURG)

• Motus Retail is looking for a motivated, customer-focused and commercially minded Trainee: Finance to join our dealership network on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
• This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or suitably qualified individual to gain practical, hands-on experience in the Finance environment while learning from experienced Finance Manager professionals.
• The successful candidate will be required to participate in relevant workplace learning and development activities during the 12-month contract.

JOB PURPOSE

• The Trainee: Finance will support the Finance team in managing finance processes while gaining practical knowledge and experience of the Finance environment.
• The role will provide structured workplace learning and exposure to finance and dealership processes.
• The successful candidate will be expected to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required to progress towards a career in Finance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• South African citizen.
• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance.
• Valid South African driver's license.
• Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
