Requirements

• Matric
• Retail Management / Business Certificate / Diploma advantageous
• A minimum of 3 years retail experience in a well established brand
• A minimum of 3 years Management/Supervisory experience
• Digital Experience / Electronics essential
• Experience managing at least 10 -15 staff reports
• Experience working in a branch with at least R30 – R80m turnover per annum
• Proven track record of driving sales
• Stock and shrinkage management
• Knowledge of Merchandising principles and Space Optimization
• Planning and implementation of promotional activities – store based
• Industrial Relations and Employee Relations experience
• Relevant Operation, Administration and Financial Management
• Computer Literacy in MS Office and Intermediate Excel / SAP
