    Training Facilitator

    Training Facilitator 

    FutureSoft is the Leader in the South African Debt Recovery Software Industry. Excalibur is currently employed as the Call Centre, Legal and Debt Collection Management System of choice by numerous Law Firms and Debt Collection Agencies across South Africa. In addition, many large South African Corporates have installed Excalibur to deal with their own early delinquency debtors.


    Responsibilities:

    •  User and Admin training, Handholding for new Clients or conversions
    •  Travelling to clients will be required
    •  Booking of training and revisits at clients as well as in-house training
    •  Responsibility of updating the manuals, orders and stock control, issuing of certificates
    •  Interaction with FutureSoft Clients on all levels; training, advice general inquiries and feedback to business
    •  Ability to do comprehensive QA testing and formulate training material for end user
    •  Establishing and defining Client requirements in context of problem solving or assistance. Also to provide the necessary training / coaching
    •  Submit bugs found, update KB and staff with new changes
    •  Identify training related scenarios
    •  Understanding of the software and applications relevant to the collection industry, Professionalism and integrity
    •  Knowledge of on-going functionality changes to the system
    •  Punctuality
    •  Strong work ethic


    Key Requirements:

    •  Good Communication Skills
    •  Analytic Skills
    •  Ability to understand business processes
    •  Timeline driven and good time management skills
    •  Strong interactive skills with clients and management
    •  Valid Driver’s license
    •  Debt Collection Knowledge is a plus
