Training Facilitator - Gauteng at Sentinel Staffing Services

Our client in Johannesburg is looking for a Training Facilitator to start ASAP National and international travel will be required to provide training.
MUST BE SAQCC registered at Commissioner Level.

Training

• Facilitate and assess training in the following formats:
• In-class theory sessions
• In-class practical sessions
• Webinars (when required)

Training Facilitation

• Ensure course delegates meet the course requirements.
• Conduct assessments for theory (in-class) and practical sessions.

Course Development

• Knowledge Centre online training, training manuals and documentation.
• Develop training courses for the following:
• South African National Standards
• SAQCC required courses
• QCTO
• Develop training manuals based on the provided format and document templates for the various courses..
• Training content review (Knowledge Centre and training manuals).

Support

Support shall include assisting the Training Manager and Training Administrator with various responsibilities associated with developing the training department. This will include the following:

• Administration
• Customer liaison regarding training.
• Quotations for training (when necessary).
• Updating of training procedure documents.
• Trainee feedback and course review.
• Evaluation of technical documents for training documentation compilation.
• Training Statistics
• Knowledge Centre
• National (Branches)
• Local (Johannesburg)
• Assessments
• Development of training jigs for various product courses.

REQUIREMENTS
Essential Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fully computer literate.
• Well-versed in training document generation and presentations.
• A proven track record of training facilitation and assessments.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Valid Passport.

Advantageous Skills and Experience

• SAQCC registered at Commissioner Level.
• Industry-specific knowledge in fire detection and suppression.

Qualifications

• Registered Facilitator and Assessor with ETDP SETA (Advantageous)
