    Transformation Manager

    A multinational Logistics Company is looking for a BBBEE Group transformation manager to join their team based in Durban.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years experience
    • Relevant degree

    Duties

    • Ensuring Legislative and internal compliance with BBBEE Act and Codes.
    • Monitor transformation and BBBEE legislative changes and updates.
    • Assist with compiling responses to draft legislations relating to transformation.
    • Build relationships with relevant stakeholders, internally and externally.
    • Attend BBBEE communication meetings.
