Transport Manager at RCL Foods

Minimum Requirements    

• A degree or diploma in Logistics Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport/fleet management
• Valid Code EB driver’s licence
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, transport regulations, and vehicle specifications
• Exceptional skills in financial management, planning, problem-solving, and team leadership
• A mindset that’s curious, accountable, and ready to challenge the status quo

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Strategy Execution: Collaborate with national and regional leaders to shape and implement transport frameworks that support business goals.
• Fleet Optimisation: Maximise fleet performance through proactive planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to transport regulations, safety standards, and environmental controls.
• Cost Management: Monitor and manage operating and maintenance costs to align with benchmarks and improve profitability.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to achieve operational excellence through coaching, performance management, and clear communication.
