Transport Reporting Controller-Analyst 2 at Oza Holdings

• Are you a detail-oriented financial analyst with a passion for transportation? We are seeking a talented Transport Reporting Controller/Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

• Road Transport Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on various road transport activities, including daily road movement from multiple sites, load tracking and route optimization
• Missing Load Analysis: Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to missing loads, ensuring timely recovery or resolution
• Weight Discrepancy Analysis: Analyze weight discrepancies between loaded and unloaded vehicles, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective measures
• Data Management: Efficiently handle large volumes of transportation data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis of transportation operations, including cost-benefit analysis and performance metrics
• Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3years experience in a financial accounting environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools
• Ability to handle large datasets and work with complex spreadsheets
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the transportation industry (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
