Your Role

The mission of a Pentravel call centre travel expert is to WOW every single customer with their enthusiasm, exceptional travel knowledge and genuine care.

Your day-to-day will look like this:

• Chatting with clients on the phone and via Live Chat to understand their travel requirements
• To research and scour through the millions of deals out there to find your client the BEST possible solution
• Delivering exceptional after sales support to your clients
• Fully committing yourself to being part of an amazing team
• Applying true grit to achieve your sales goals

• 1-2 years of work experience in a sales and/or customer service role
• Excellent communication and grammar skills
• Outstanding typing skills – you will spend 80% of your day chatting to clients on-line

** International Travel, live chat & travel consultant experience, or a qualification in travel will be advantageous **
