    Travel Co-ordinator (Global Mobility)

    Job Description

    • Support all aspects of mobilisation and demobilisation for secondment process under minimal supervision and maintain a query based relationship with the service providers to ensure push and pull information.
    • Planning transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
    • Liaising  with secondees to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates and accommodations
    • Providing relevant information to travellers

    Qualifications

    • National Diploma
    • Travel or Tourism Diploma would be preferrable or administrational certificate/diploma

    Technical competencies

    • Basic knowledge of the standardised routines of the role
    • Basic knowledge of Outlook and programs relevant to the role

    • Communicates effectively both in writing and verbally
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Keen to learn

    • Ability to solve basic problems related to specific tasks
