• The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately loading all payments on the banking portals and the maintenance of daily payment spreadsheets.

You Bring:

• Experience using Microsoft Office

A Bonus To Have:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Finance/Creditors experience.
• Banking experience.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Perform all checks to supporting documentation before a payment can be made. Work with the team to resolve any queries.
• Accurately load payments onto the various banking portals after completing all necessary checks.
• Maintenance and updates to daily payments spreadsheets for cash flow monitoring together with processing payments before the due date.
• Attend to general bank queries.
• Perform daily checks on bank balances to ensure that each bank account has the necessary funds available to make payments.
• Control timeous payments to creditors ensuring due dates are adhered to.
• Manage bank floats for branches. 
• Processing of fidelity payments
• Liaise with all banks with daily queries
• Distribution of payment confirmation.
• Provide support to the senior treasury administrator and banking transactional manager.
•  Any adhoc tasks that might be required.
