Treasury Specialist at Capitec Bank

•     Daily cash management and electronic transfers via various baking systems, including maintenance of interbank relationships
•     Maintenance of loan book payments
•     Management of IT2 banking system
•     Booking, preparation and reporting of all forex transactions

Experience

•         3 years experience in a financial role, within a financial services environment.
•         Relevant accounting principles
•         Experience in various banking systems

  Experience in the below would be ideal:

•         Knowledge of the IT2 treasury management system
•         Treasury operations within a financial services environment
•         Capitec Bank treasury operations
•         Both the banking and unsecured lending industries in South Africa

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
•  Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance
• Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
• Honours Degree in Commerce or Finance

Minimum:

•     Computer literacy (Excel, etc).
•     Banking practice and Banking Code of Conduct
•     Industry knowledge
•     Accounting principles
•     Financial analysis and interpretation
•     Computer literacy (Excel, Internet, etc).
•     Various banking systems

Ideal
