We are looking for a UI designer to help us create some of the world’s most attractive and intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities for UI Designer

• Create the designs for various digital customer facing Software interfaces.
• Optimize existing designs towards greater conversion.
• Create overall concepts for the user experience within webpages or products, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers.
• Build wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows in aid of new product design.
• Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design.
• Create surveys for research through various platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use.
• Use session recording software and Heatmapping to understand user flow challenges and suggest solutions.
• Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to assess user experience and usability.

Requirements

Qualifications for UI Designer

• 1+ year/s of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design.
• Proficiency in interface design Software like Adobe Xd or Figma.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
• Experience creating storyboards and site mapping.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills.
• A basic understanding of HTML, CSS and comparable languages.
