We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be skilled in turning requirements into innovative, user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
UI Design: Develop aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
Interaction Design: Design seamless interactions and experiences, ensuring responsiveness across devices.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Design Tools & Technologies: Use design software and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovative design solutions.
Inherent Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including web and mobile applications.
