    Unit Manager - Irene Sub-Acute Hospital

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Maintain uncompromising quality nursing care
    • Maintain effective leadership & management of staff
    • Cost effective management of productivity and efficiency
    • Maintain legal, ethical and scientific nursing intervention
    • Ensure patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
    • Achieve occupancy levels through relationship management with members of the professional team

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma in General Nursing / BCur Degree
    • Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a senior or shift leader role
    • Previous experience within a Sub-Acute environment will be advantageous
    • Computer literacy is essential
    • Excellent clinical nursing skills, ability to lead subordinates to achieve objectives, conflict  management, performance orientation and teamwork
