    User Experience (UX) Designer

    Description

    • As part of the Experience Design (XD) Team, you will design end-to-end products, services and experiences that deliver value for our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct qualitative research such as ethnography, observation, interviews, diary studies, surveys, etc.
    • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
    • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
    • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
    • Design and deliver personas, journey maps, service blueprints
    • Facilitate human-centered design workshops
    • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
    • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
    • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

    Requirements

    • Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design. This should also include approach and process.
    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design, industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
    • 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, Service designer or similar.
    • Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices.
    • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Framer, etc.
    • Fluency in best design practices and design system across mobile, web platforms, and devices.
    • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
    • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
    • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
    • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders, and especially to senior executives.
    • Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
    • Strong track record of iterative design, working closely with product and tech partners from inception through implementation.
    • Strong skills in managing time and ability to manage work independently.
