    Utilities Recoveries Administrator

    • As the Utilities Recoveries Administrator, you are responsible for providing support to ensure that utility recovery ratios are accurate. Someone who pays keen attention to detail your every day will include reviewing utility management performance reporting for each property, ensuring regular updates of electricity, solar and water usage, assisting the Property Administrator with technical query resolution, ensuring accuracy of reconciliations and reviewing budgets and forecasts to ensure they are correct to tariff increases applied.
    • The successful incumbent will be analytical and meticulous, having at least 3 years' experience in utility management within the property sector. It is mandatory that you have experience liaising with meter reading service providers and the ability to do recovery calculations.
