As a Senior Salesforce UX Designer, you will provide strategic leadership in Product Design and UX design across digital platforms.
You will solve complex design challenges and drive innovation in Product Design and user experience delivery.
Serving as a subject matter expert and mentor, you will actively develop team capabilities and influence product strategy through design thinking and user advocacy.
Lead high-impact design initiatives from initial concept to final implementation, facilitating design thinking workshops, and architecting sophisticated user flows and interaction patterns.
You will also drive the evolution of design systems, create exemplar prototypes, and oversee comprehensive usability testing programs.
Additionally, you will represent UX design in cross-functional delivery discussions, provide technical and strategic mentorship to team members, and contribute to the overall UX vision and strategy of the organization
Our Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 5-7 years of professional UX design experience, with a proven track record of leading complex design initiatives.
Experience in mentoring junior and mid-level designers
Mastery of UX design principles and methodologies
a deep understanding of design systems architecture
Advanced knowledge of research methodologies, accessibility and inclusive design
The ability to think strategically and set a vision, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
Minimum Education
Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
A relevant degree or diploma in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Interface Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Consumer Behaviour
