    About The Role

    • As a Senior Salesforce UX Designer, you will provide strategic leadership in Product Design and UX design across digital platforms.
    • You will solve complex design challenges and drive innovation in Product Design and user experience delivery.

    Purpose Statement

    Purpose Statement

    • Lead and join in on strategic Information System projects that encourage innovation and efficiency.
    • Ensure data governance principles are maintained to practice and manage security, compliance, cybersecurity, incident management, and General IT Control audit compliance for application systems.
    • Optimise and continuously improve applications efficiency including change management, training and communication to users as required.

    What our client is looking for:

    • Relevant tertiary academics (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) would be beneficial
    • ITIL Certification and familiarity with agile project management methodologies would fast track your application.
    • 3 - 5 years experience, with proven experience in application management (any business support applications) is a real plus.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and soft skills, with a collaborative and customer-oriented approach.
    • Effective organisational change / time management, and multitasking skills, with a strong results orientation and drive.
    • Best suited to an aspiring candidate who wants to contribute, to be heard, who enjoys big bonuses and who wants to be promoted regularly.
