Working with the Online UX and Product team to create an exceptional eCommerce user experience that supports the Online strategy. Ensuring that the experience and design drives sales, conversion, and user satisfaction across the Woolworths Online/eCommerce channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating effective and insightful user-centered designs through a solid understanding of the user centered design methodology
Seeing projects through from inception to production
Handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Participating in brainstorming sessions and workshops
Creating task and user flow diagrams
Wireframing ideas and solutions
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research and tests
Prototyping for stakeholder presentations and user testing
Crafting documentations and creating presentations
Collaborating with stakeholders and team members to create quality and seamless experiences for our customers
Proactively contributing ideas and improvements to our online and app shopping experience
Keeping up to date with UX and UI eCommerce trends across digital channels and platforms
Experience in crafting intuitive interfaces for mobile and web
Thorough experience in creating user journeys and wire-framing
Experience in Figma
Experience in Axure
Experience in user testing and user interviews
Experience in and understanding of the agile process and methodology
Experience working in a team with product owners, business analysts, other UX/UI designers and developers
The ability to provide a solid rationale, supported by data to inform decisions
Thrives in a collaborative environment
Meticulous attention to detail
Great communication and presentation skills
Responds well to feedback from stakeholders and team members
Delivery focussed, goal driven and flexible
A passion for usability and design, the customer and the Woolies brand
Knowledge of native mobile application technologies
