We're looking for a UX Researcher with a strong foundation of core research methods and growing skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable insights, co-lead problem exploration, and contribute to workshops and strategic. Candidates should be able to identify and apply research frameworks, navigate basic research operations and are familiar with tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or similar, and bring a drive to grow while contributing to inclusive, impactful user research.
Responsibilities
Developing the ability to organise and execute research
Working with stakeholders to understand research questions ensures that the research is aligned with business needs and objectives.
Exploring data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources to understand context of research work
Combine different types of data into coherent findings and make recommendations
Observing users and formulating relevant use cases helps in ensuring that the product design meets user expectations and requirements.
Using data to focus research efforts and confirm key metrics to drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
Experience in UX Research or early career candidates with good placement experience in human factors
Have experience working with a subset of UX research methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, workshops, and more
Have a demonstrable understanding of the nuances of researching in different contexts (remote / in person / unmoderated /moderated).
