The quote-unquote UX/UI Designer who has the skills in that overlapping spot between User Experience, Interaction Design and Visual Design. You’ll know if you fit the bill J

What are we looking for? We want someone who has:

• 3 – 6 years working experience within Design, Software Development and/or related field.

• Practical User Experience and User Interface Design knowledge and experience

• Practical understanding of Lean Design & Development Principles

• The ability to Ideate and to diverge (explore options) before you converge to being pragmatic and focused

• Previous experience in Agile and Kanban ways of working

• The ability to autonomously, efficiently time & task manage

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Advantageous

• Previous experience working on a financial product and/or in a financial institution

• Understanding of Lean Development, Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design Practices

• Understanding of Java, JavaScript, Angular HTML and CSS development principles

• Design Programs (Sketch, Adobe Suite, Abstract)

• Miro (Realtimeboard)

• Atlassian Stack (Jira, Trello)

• Slack & Teams

Application requirements

• Submit a CV as well a portfolio with samples of UX & UI Designs and related deliverables

• Advantageous: Case studies offering insight into the designs and the work in the portfolio.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
