How can you make a difference? 

• The South Africa Country Office has a backlog of VAT input claims to submit to the South African Receiver of Revenue (SARS.) This is due to additional documentation now required for submission to SARS for VAT input claims.
• The Purpose of the Assignment is to provide assistance to the Country Office to claim back Input Value Added Tax (VAT) from SARS.

The Scope of the work includes the following:

• Downloading documentation (invoices) from Vision (SAP application)
• Reviewing invoices for compliance with SARS regulations
• Identifying the corresponding amounts on the bank statements
• Printing out the invoices and the statements (for delivery to SARS)
• Completing the SARS template for submission online, via SARS e-filing

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have… 

• At least high school matriculation 
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in administration, finance or clerical work
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Experience utilising an ERM system an advantage
• Knowledge and experiencing SAP systems and applications

Fluency in English is required
