Job Description

• To ensure the delivery of an integrated project and programme management function for Digital and Product initiatives for Personal and Private Banking across Group and countries.
• To lead and govern a portfolio of complex, strategic, multi disciplinary programmes, ensuring they deliver maximum business value within agreed scope, cost, quality, and time parameters.
• This includes strategic alignment, value tracking and embedding a consistent delivery framework across teams.

• Field of Study: Business Commerce

Experience Required
Products

• Personal and Private Banking
• More than 10 years
• Project and programme management experience, including delivery of large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of relevant project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and the flexibility to influence diverse and dynamic teams to deliver balanced and integrated solutions. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe) beneficial.
