Vehicle Stock Controller - Rola Ford at Rola Motor Group

Minimum Requirements    

• High school diploma or equivalent; 
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and experience working with inventory management systems or databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with vehicle makes, models, and technical specifications.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Oversee the management and maintenance of our vehicle inventory, including new and used vehicles.
• Perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate records of all vehicles in stock.
• Vehicle invoicing & general administration
• Update and maintain electronic and physical records of vehicle details, including make, model, VIN numbers, mileage, and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, service, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate updates on vehicle status and availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of vehicles as needed.
• Monitor and track vehicle movements, including deliveries.
• Assist with the preparation of vehicle reports, including sales reports, aging reports, and stock turnover analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demand to optimise vehicle stock levels and improve sales opportunities
