The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality vehicle cleaning services, maintaining equipment, and delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements    

• Min Grade 12 
• Valid Code B Drivers License
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role (automotive or washbay experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques and products
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Liaison between service provider and all Rola Motor City dealerships
• Supervise and coordinate washbay staff and daily operations
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to company standards
• Monitor workflow and manage turnaround times efficiently
• Enforce health and safety regulations
• Handle all queries and resolve complaints professionally
