    Vehicle Wholesale Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
    • Negotiate pricing that align with company objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
    • Work closely with the product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
    • Ensure customers satisfaction
    • Manage debtors cash collection/age analysis

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 5 years sales Management, ideally experience in dealership
    • Tertiary qualification - Advantageous
    • Microsoft (all suites) – Advanced
    • Strategic thinking and problem solving.
    • Strong business acumen, market and automotive industry knowledge
    • Experience in sales management, forecasting and reporting
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Mathematics proficiency
    • Attention to detail
    • Collaborations
