    VP: Products

    Purpose  

    • We are looking for a Vice President of Product tlead the development and execution of our global product strategy. This is a key leadership position, responsible for aligning our product vision with business goals and driving performance across our Conversational AI, Chat Commerce, and Payments portfolios. This role requires a thoughtful and pragmatic leader - someone whcombines strategic thinking with operational discipline. You bring a strong customer focus, a deep understanding of technology, and a proven ability tlead and develop high-performing teams. You’re comfortable navigating complexity, making tough decisions, and fostering collaboration across functions. Above all, you lead with integrity, clarity, and a commitment tdelivering meaningful impact.

    Responsibilities of the Role

    • Help Define & Deliver the Product Vision: Set the multi-year strategy and execution roadmap across Clickatell’s product suites – from core messaging and AI tcommerce and payments.
    • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Drive execution in partnership with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and Finance. Ensure we ship on time, on budget, and tspec.
    • Drive Customer and Market Impact: Own product-market fit across key verticals and global markets. Deliver value for enterprise customers through deep insight and tight feedback loops.
    • Own the Full Product Lifecycle: From ideation tretirement – champion customer research, define positioning, drive adoption, and continually optimize for growth and usage.
    • Shape the Org & Culture: Lead a high-performing team, PMs, and cross-functional partners. Instill discipline, rigor, and a high-trust, high-candor culture.
    • Price, Package, and GTM: Own pricing for your direct products, commercial packaging, and go-to-market alignment tensure our products are competitively positioned and easily adopted.
    • Be the Strategic Glue: Collaborate with stakeholders tensure product strategy aligns with company goals, while being the voice of clarity in moments of ambiguit

    Requirements of the Role

    • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform businesses
    • 5+ years in senior product leadership roles (VP/Head of Product), ideally with global scope
    • Deep experience in communications, commerce, payments, and/ or AI-enabled platforms
    • Track record of scaling product lines, driving adoption, and improving unit economics
    • Clear, confident decision-maker – able tbalance customer need with business outcome
    • Exceptional communicator and executive influencer – calm under pressure, clear under complexity
    • Strong operational focus, yet capable of fast context switching from vision tsprint-level detail
    • Proven experience leading through ambiguity, change, and high-growth phases
