Minimum requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Valid Forklift Licence.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse stock control, dispatch or warehouse coordination.
• Automotive industry experience is essential.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP/WMS software.
• Experience with courier coordination and dispatch documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good understanding of stock control procedures and warehouse operations.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect and capture incoming stock.
• Allocate stock accurately to job cards.
• Pick, verify, label and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate courier collections and ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate.
• Maintain dispatch records and tracking information.
• Operate a forklift safely for loading, offloading and stock movement.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and storing stock correctly.
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in stock audits and inventory control activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
