Ensure smooth and efficient operation of both the Finished goods, Local and Imported merchandise and Raw material warehouse.
Ensure Customer service is maintained and enhanced as per service charter.
Control of dispatch and production forklift operations in accordance with applicable works instructions.
Ensure that high degree of customer service is maintained, through speed, accuracy and quality of the loading function.
Perform Stock counts and cycle counts as required and carry out investigations where there are variances.
Daily planning and co-ordination of the Transport requirements – cost and cost allocations.
Manage the working capital for the factory and ensuring correct inventory levels in the plant.
Assist with Customer Claims
To create an efficient working environment through clear communication & WCM tools.

The ideal candidate must have a ND/BTech Qualification in Logistics / Supply chain / warehouse management with min 5 years relevant experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing environment. Using SAP or other WMS and MS Office. This role calls for a person with attention to detail skills, good communication skills and Interpersonal skills. Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
