Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• The Warehouse Supervisor will also be tasked with maintaining inventory levels, implementing safety protocols, and monitoring warehouse performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the warehouse making sure they adhere to company Policies & Procedures.
• Continues briefing of all staff during Night Shift.
• To Manage the night shift and ensuring that all employees perform the task assigned to them.
• Monitor and develop team member performance.
• Ensure the accurate completion of daily night shift orders in a timely manner.
• Overall management of all warehousing functions.
• Responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of stock handling from pickers and checking, dispatching of orders. and associated processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures, including inventory management and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor warehouse staff
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other software tools to track and manage inventory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred

Salary:

• R10 000 Per Month
