• As a Warehouse Operations Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities that ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.
• This internship is ideal for graduates with a Business Administration or Supply Chain background who are eager to gain practical experience in warehouse coordination, process optimisation, and operational reporting.

What you will love doing in this role

• Assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Supporting the tracking and reconciliation of inventory across systems and locations.
• Helping generate daily and weekly logistics and warehouse performance reports.
• Assisting with documentation of warehouse procedures and compliance checks.
• Supporting internal audits and stock take preparations.
• Collaborating with warehouse supervisors to address operational challenges and process delays.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse layout, processes, and turnaround times.

What you’ll need to do this role

• A relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• A good understanding of warehouse and supply chain principles
• Willingness to work in both administrative and operational warehouse environments
