Warehouse Specialist at Mondi Group

Your mission:

• Ensuring sound and effective financial management
• Business Improvement initiation and implementation
• Effective and efficient reporting to enable strategic decision-making
• Develop and implement efficiency improvements to streamline warehouse processes
• Train, coach and sign off operational staff on procedures and Mondi policies
• Collaborate with other departments, service providers and customers to ensure coordination and alignment of warehousing activities
• Drive and coordinate projects to improve performance 
• Implement best practices in inventory management to improve operational efficiency
• Manage solid relationships with key suppliers and customers
• Oversee receiving and dispatching of stock to meet customer demands
• Manage inbound warehouse contracts and SLA’s with service providers
• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to improve stock management and accuracy
• Manage SHEQ and compliance in the department
• Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective action is implemented

Your profile:

• Tertiary qualification in Supply chain management or related field 
• 5+ years' experience in inventory and warehousing management
• Extensive SAP experience 
• People and Project management experience
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
• Clear understanding of both inbound and outbound processes
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (outlook, excel, word, presentation)
