Key Responsibilities

• Review photographs, quotations, and related documentation for damaged vehicles.
• Correlate damages to insured events and exclude unrelated costs.
• Assess warranty status and probable roadworthiness at the time of the event.
• Apply policy limits to mechanical failures and provide detailed assessor reports.
• Claim handling and contacting clients 

What You’ll Need

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent academic level.

Strong knowledge of:

• Motor vehicle electrical systems.
• Motor vehicle mechanical systems and components.

IT Skills

• Proficiency with computer usage, including keyboard and mouse.
• Experience with IT applications (e.g., Audatex).
• Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
