Warranty Clerk at Hyundai Automotive South Africa

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Clerk to join our team. The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for processing warranty claims, coordinating repairs and replacements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate repairs and replacements with vendors and service providers
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on warranty claims and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and resolutions
• Assist with warranty policy development and implementation
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of warranty issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in warranty processing or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
• Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business administration or related field
• Experience in the automotive or home appliance industry
• Knowledge of SAP or other warranty management systems
