Warranty Consultant at ISUZU Motors South Africa

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering 
• Comprehensive experience in an automative processes and procedures with a minimum of 5 years experience in the automative environment 
• Indepth and extensive knowledge of warranty systems 
• Indepth and extensive knowledge of Isuzu warranty policies and procedures 
• Driver's license code 08
• Computer systems - SAP and fleet management system
• Problem solving skills 
• Proven written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to use own discretion and work with minimal or no supervision
• Goal orientated and target driven 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Authorization of warranty claims 
• Train new dealer warranty clerks 
• Resolve and process general dealer warranty queries 
• Ensure dealer's adhere to warranty policies and procedures
• Review and approve dealer system rejected claims on parameters in line with policies 
• Resolve general queries from the dealers to ensure that there is customer satisfaction
